Possum Removal and Proofing
This service comes with a 2-year warranty/money-back guarantee. This warranty covers your entire house. If a possums return in any way we will remove the possum and repair entry points with no extra charges. Our warranty is unconditional for your house as it stands. Any alterations to your house or damage caused by anything but our servicemen are not covered. If we cannot remove possums a refund will be offered and our repairs removed.
To assist with the process please log exact times and places of noises from now on and keep your serviceman informed throughout the process so we can return to finish works knowing possums are removed humanely.
If no entry points are found and rodent droppings are identified, a rodent treatment may be required.
Payment is due on completion of our first visit and prior to rodent treatments being carried out via credit card.
If for any reason the work involved exceeds the standard quoted $495, landlords are provided a free no-obligation quote for approval before we proceed. This is rare and will not incur call out fees. If a client does not proceed after we arrive at your premises, at the originally quoted standard prices or under, a $165 inc GST call out fee applies.

Final price may vary based on building design and infestation level (free quote if over $495 inches GST). Our $495 service includes 2 visits and a 6 month warranty using second generation rodent bait. Our $330 service is using lower toxicity baits and therefore cannot be provided with a warranty.
Rodents generally die outside the building but in the rear occurrence of a dead animal within the buildingThe removal is not covered by the service fee and you cannot guarantee they will be able to be found. This is a risk that is taken on with understanding by tenant and agents.
It’s common for rodents to return or buildings to alter or deteriorate within this period so we offer a discounted rodent treatment and possum proofing warranty reset from $275 inc GST.
Depending on your previous service, this visit may include…..
* A full inspection of your building for potential possum or rodent entry points.
* Treatment of rodents within roof space or subfloor and top up of any previously installed bait stations.
* Reset your previous rodent treatment supply warranty. 6 months from your booked visit (we aim for treatments to last 12 months but variation occurs depending on environment and levels of infestation).
* Extension to any existing possum proofing warranty – 2 years from your booked visit.
* peace of mind and protection of your building.
The standard cost of this service for a standard residential building is $275 inc GST. More challenging buildings will receive a free quote before we proceed. Commercial clients, please contact us for free quote on your premises return visit.
We will attempt to remove the dead animal from your property at $330 inc. GST, we recommend having possum proofing carried out to avoid the problem reoccurring.
We will do our best to find the animal, but it is possible it has died in an impossible to reach part of your house. If we cannot find or reach the dead animal a call out fee of $220 inc GST will apply (which is paid usually at the time of booking). If the dead animal is found, the balance of payment ($110) is due upon completion of the job.
For inspection, repairs, and guarantee on the entire house that possums will not return further fees would be required and proofing will be discounted if carried out on this visit. If further works required at a later date to possum proof the building additional costs will apply.
Your booking is confirmed for capture and release of a possum at $330 inc. GST. Payment is due on the arrival of a serviceman.
Repairs to the building preventing possums from returning will not be included in this service. We cannot guarantee possums will not return to inside your roof and/ or wall space unless our possum proofing and removal service is engaged. This booking has been confirmed that the possum is accessible to our team and not able to escape into the roof, wall cavity, or outside. If a possum isn’t accessible after we arrive $165 inc GST call-out fee is due.
A one-way hatch to be installed in your roof at $350 inc GST. Payment is due during the initial visit of a serviceman.
The one-way hatch will enable the possums to leave the building at night. Inspection or repairs to the building preventing possums from returning will not be included in this service, we cannot guarantee possums will not return unless our possum proofing and removal service is engaged. Our standard commercial quotes start at $550 and we can proceed on the first visit if approved for this amount or once the inspection has been carried out our team will email you the free no-obligation quote and will wait for approval before proceeding with any works.
