Step 1: FREE phone consultation and quote

Our comprehensive phone consultation can not only establish the type of pest you are hearing in your roof but the methods required to repair your type of home along with a quote. We have resolved many issues with a phone call, preventing call out fees and unnecessary time or money spent.

Step 2: Inspect property

On our initial visit we inspect the building from to bottom in order to ensure all entry points and potential issues are discovered and dealt with during our repair process. If we discover excess work is required a free quote is provided before we proceed, this is rare.

Step 3: Remove possums and pests

When we identify an entry point being used by possums we attach on of our specially designed one way doors to allow the possums to leave but not return. This enables us to remove possums at night when they leave to feed.

Step 4: Treat and seal property

Entry points not used are sealed using sheet metal, wire mesh, timber or suitable materials suited to your building. On our second visit entry points with one way doors attached are also sealed providing a possum proofed building.

Step 5: Provide warranty

Our warranty is the strongest in the industry, it covers your entire house for re-entry by possums for 2 Years with a 100% Money Back Guarantee. If we cannot remove possums a refund will be offered and our repairs removed. Rodent warranty lasts for 6 months. Rats may return in this time and will find our baits waiting. Any more than 5 nights of rat sounds will require a revisit from your serviceman included in the initial cost if within 6 months.
