Standard Possum Warranty – 2 Years
Warranty covers your entire building for possum re-entry for 2 years.
If a possums return through our repairs or missed entry points we will remove the possum and repair entry points with no extra charges.
If we cannot remove possums a refund will be offered and our repairs removed.
Our warranty is unconditional on your house as it stands. Any alterations to your house or damage are not covered.
Exemptions and alterations to warranty will be offered in writing and agreed to by clients before works commence.
Standard Rodent Supply Warranty – 6 Months
Our Warranty covers supply of Rodent Bait for 6 months, we ensure this supply is provided during the initial service. .
Rodents often return to buildings and will be treated by our baits over and over again. More excessive rodent infestations may require additional treatment.If noises return, allow 2 weeks for treatments to take effect again. Callouts that discover baits still effective may incur unnecessary call out fees.
